As the rest of this site probably makes abundantly clear, the GeekMachine team is highly creative. We enjoy making things. Original things, especially. And while we've enjoyed the opportunity to bring our brand of media commentary to the world for years with Bulletoon in various iterations, we personally want to branch out with it. We know it can be more and it was always essentially the plan for it to be more.

When Bulletoon first began in 2016, it was completely different from its current iteration. The show was more focused on quickfire commentary revolving around hot topic news in entertainment. That changed in 2020 when we began steering the show more in the direction of brief discussion videos, mostly centered around anime. This coincided with an anime-focused blog that we were running at the time. And that's where the show has more-or-less been.

Now, after another four years, Bulletoon has amassed enough Experience Points to finally undergo its next evolution. We want to continue commenting on the things that we love. But we want to do it in a more creative and original format. That's where "Bulletoon.DLC" [Working Title] comes in. It's an original webtoon, featuring our favorite bickering geek twins. One that holds a lot of the media we love, and the industry itself, under the microscope. But it also tells its own story. And no, we won't be revealing any plot details yet. Whenever this launches, the main show will begin to tie into the narrative of the new project, as well.

We're under no illusions that this will be a simple task. Not only would the webtoon, itself, cost a great deal to get off the ground, but we're also looking to eventually get it dubbed by the very voices you love (and more), which will likewise be expensive and time-consuming.
